1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Proof, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Proof is a fitness tracking application that provides:

• AI-powered body scanning and body fat percentage estimation
• Weight tracking and progress monitoring
• Calorie and nutrition tracking
• AI coaching and personalized recommendations
• Social challenges and accountability features
• Progress photo storage and analysis

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Proof, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Proof offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Monthly Subscription: $7.99/month
• Annual Subscription: $59.99/year (17% savings)

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store
• Subscription management is handled through your device settings
• No refunds except as required by law
• Free trial available for new subscribers
• Subscription prices may change with notice

Subscription Features:

• AI-powered body fat percentage scanning
• Voice-activated calorie tracking
• Unlimited progress photos and analytics
• Accountability challenges with friends
• Personalized AI fitness coaching

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Proof to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

• Body fat percentage estimates are approximations and may not be accurate
• Nutritional information should be verified independently
• Consult healthcare professionals before starting new fitness programs
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to app usage

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Proof and explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Apple App Store Terms

This app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading and using this app, you also agree to Apple's EULA, which can be found at:

These terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the terms outlined in this document. In the event of any conflict between Apple's EULA and these Terms of Service, Apple's EULA shall take precedence to the extent required by Apple's terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proof and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Proof, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Disclaimers

Proof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Proof immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.

15. Governing Law
